Corporate office cleaning
Daily programs that keep the operation running without anyone having to ask.
Daily corporate cleaning goes unnoticed when it works — it gets noticed when it fails. A well-structured program removes the invisible friction: the restroom without paper, Monday's sticky floor, the kitchen no one wants to use after 2pm. Go Services assigns fixed teams to each facility with auditable checklists, so the standard doesn't depend on who showed up today.
The difference between a cleaning service and a corporate cleaning program is structure. A program divides the facility into zones — reception, workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchen or cafeteria, circulation areas — and assigns each one a frequency and an owner. High-traffic areas and restrooms are serviced several times a day, while deep maintenance work such as floor polishing or carpet and upholstery washing goes on a separate calendar so it never interferes with the working day.
For whoever owns facilities, the real value is not having to supervise the vendor. Every shift leaves a record of what was done, and that reporting is what lets you defend the service in an internal audit or submit it as backup in a tender. If you also need technical maintenance and supply replenishment under the same contract, that is covered from Facility Management. And if what you are weighing right now is the budget, how much office cleaning costs in Panama breaks down the factors behind a quote.

- Certified biofriendly products as the standard, not as an add-on
- Documented per-shift reporting, usable in audits and tenders
How it gets implemented
Onboarding follows four steps, in this order:
- 1. On-site survey. We walk the facility to measure areas, identify floor and surface types, and map the hours in which each zone can be serviced without disrupting operations.
- 2. Program design. We define the matrix of zones, frequencies, and tasks, and from it the staffing and shifts required.
- 3. Team assignment and training. The fixed staff assigned receives site-specific training: biosafety protocols, chemical handling, and the particulars of the facility.
- 4. Supervision and adjustment. The supervisor verifies against the checklist and delivers per-shift reporting. The program is adjusted based on what those reports show.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does a daily corporate cleaning program include?
It covers the facility's everyday areas: workstations, meeting rooms, reception, restrooms, kitchen or cafeteria, and circulation areas, each with its own frequency. Restrooms and high-traffic zones are serviced several times during the working day. It also includes sanitary supply replenishment and per-shift reporting. Deep maintenance of floors and carpets is scheduled separately.
Is the staff fixed, or do they rotate between clients?
Fixed. Each facility has a permanent team assigned, not random rotation. This matters because the cleaning standard depends on knowing the site: which surface takes which product, what hours each area can be serviced, and where the critical points are. Absence cover and replacements are handled through Staff Outsourcing.
How do I verify the service was actually delivered?
Through auditable per-zone checklists, verified by a supervisor, which generate documented per-shift reporting. That record is what lets you substantiate the service in an internal audit or present it as backup in a tender. If you want to assess your current vendor's traceability, the homepage has a five-question risk assessment.
Are the cleaning products biofriendly?
Yes, and they are included as the standard rather than charged as a premium add-on. The full protocol, along with the GBAC certification behind it, is detailed on Eco biosafety.
What certifications does Go Services hold?
ISO 9001 quality management certification, plus memberships in ISSA, APAFAM, and GBAC. Staff also undergo background checks and work under confidentiality protocols, and client data is processed in compliance with Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection.
Do you work outside office hours?
Shifts are designed around each client's operation, and the initial survey defines which zones are serviced during and outside the working day. For operations that never stop, the specific setup is on Call Centers & 24/7 Operations.
