Go Services Panama respects and protects your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect it, in compliance with Panama's Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection.

Data controller

What data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the vendor assessment: name, work email, WhatsApp number, and your company name. We also record basic technical data about the request, such as language and source page.

Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to: (i) generate and deliver your assessment report; (ii) contact you to follow up on your request and present our services; and (iii) improve our communication with you. We do not use your data for any purpose other than those described here.

Legal basis: your consent

The processing of your data is based on the free and informed consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Storage and third parties

Your data is stored securely on Google services (Google Workspace and Google Sheets), which act as data processors under international security standards. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Go Services.

Information security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the information.

Your rights under Law 81

As the data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel (delete), and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to request its portability, in accordance with Law 81 of 2019. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at dabin.rivera@go-cleaning.com stating your request. We will address it within the timeframes established by law.

Supervisory authority

The National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI) is the body responsible for overseeing compliance with Law 81 in Panama. If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with ANTAI.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
